DELIVERY TIMES

On each individual product page you will find the dispatch time. Look for the Van icon! Dispatch is when we send the product to our delivery partner. The delivery time (from point of dispatch to arrival in your home) is then up to 7 working days depending on the delivery partner for England, Scotland and Wales, and up to 14 working days for Northern Ireland & The Republic of Ireland. You will receive exact delivery slots once the item is handed over to our delivery partner. Please note we are unable to offer specific day and times delivery, such as weekends or evenings as this is based on our delivery partner's routing in your area. However we will always try our best to be as accommodating as possible. If you do need a specific day or time please get in touch before ordering and we may be able to offer alternative premium delivery options.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

We currently deliver across England, Wales and mainland Scotland as standard. We are also pleased to offer delivery to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Our standard two-person delivery service covers mainland addresses only. Unfortunately, due to carrier restrictions and the specialist logistics required for large furniture items, this service does not extend to offshore islands or certain remote UK postcodes (including the Scottish Highlands & Islands). For these locations we may be able to offer a palletised kerbside delivery service for an additional charge. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and provide a quote. For deliveries to the Channel Islands, please contact us before ordering so we can advise on the available options. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your postcode, we always recommend getting in touch with our team prior to ordering and we will be happy to assist. For any deliveries outside of the areas listed above, customers are welcome to arrange their own shipping and collect from one of our UK depots. Please note that in these cases responsibility for transport, insurance and any damage in transit sits with the customer. All items are thoroughly checked prior to collection and we can provide a condition report on request.
